In addition, gutters were placed around the pool deck, ensuring drainage will run directly to the lagoon, with catch basins situated around the putting greens to guarantee the turf will remain dry.

A unique low-voltage lighting system is installed throughout, with lights on the new flagstone stairs and retaining wall. In addition, our team installed 18 ledge lights beneath the fence cap to illuminate both sides of the property without disturbing the neighbors.
